Completion and submission of our surrender form does not guarantee intake into Doberman Pinscher Rescue of PA, Inc. If your dog is approved, you will be added to our surrender waitlist. Acceptance into rescue is not assured and is dependent upon foster availability, medical and behavioral considerations, and current rescue capacity.
